Data Retention and Account Deletion
TAMOE INNOVATION S.L., developer of eDiabetesAcademy, is committed to protecting user privacy and data in compliance with applicable regulations.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. When the data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized. TAMOE INNOVATION S.L. also rectifies or deletes any data found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer relevant, in accordance with data protection laws.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the eDiabetesAcademy app, without needing to contact support:
- Open the eDiabetesAcademy app.
- Go to your account settings.
- Select the option "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion.
The deletion is immediate and all associated personal data will be removed unless retention is legally required.
Alternative Email Request
If you prefer, you may also request account deletion by emailing info@tamoe.es with the subject "Account Deletion Request (eDiabetesAcademy)". Please include your registered email address for identity verification.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal details such as name, email, and profile information.
- App usage data and saved preferences.
- User-generated content, unless its retention is legally required.
